About

A one bedroom self-contained flat within easy walking distance from the town center and beach. One enters the flat from a stairway to the first floor level of the rear of our house. The front door leads directly into a lounge/dinning/kitchen room which is east and south facing and is light and airy. TV and CD, a free view satellite box, radio and Ipod docking station are available. There is a bed settee, fold out dinning table and chairs . The kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, two burner gas hob, a combined washing and tumble dryer machine, double stainless steel sink and all the required equipment. There is a door that leads to a corridor off which is the double bedroom with good storage and wardrobe space. At the end of the corridoor is the bathroom with shower basin, toilet, heated towel rail, basin mirror with light and shaver socket; the window is a fire escape to outside. The flat has been totally refurbrished and new equpiment installed in March 2016. All linen and towels are supplied at the beginning of each stay.

Opposite the flat enterance is a lane, 200 meters up the lane is the local supermarket SHOPRITE which has a Subway cafe. The town offers many facilities including a cinema ,swimming pool, gym ,sandy beach, marina ,excellent interactive and infornative Museum, Heritage castle to tour, a selection of shopping opertunities, pubs and resteraunts to meeet all tastes.

Road Directions

The entrance to the flat is off Peveril Road at the rear of Victoria Terrace, approximately 200 meters past the petrol staion as you leave Peel on the Kirk Michael Road . Full details and a map will be emailed or posted to guests once a booking has been made. Parking is available opposite the flat entrance over night (as it's a single yellow line) and at other spots just up and down the road from the entrance.

Public Transport Directions

Peel is on the main bus routes and the main town bus a stop is just a few minutes walk from the flat . Buses run regularly to Douglas where the ferry ternimal is and also to the airport in the south of the Island .

Taxis are available and pre-booking is advisable  if you are require transport from the airport or ferry ternimal as these are in demand on arrival and departures if ferries and planes

Hire cars are availble at the airport and can be arranged for the ferry.

The road system and signage is good on the Island and the journey from the ferry, if arriving by car is staright forward and takes about 20 to 25 minutes.
