Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time at Ballamaddrell Accommodation. A place home from home!.  Located in the heart of Port Erin, near to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bank and public transport (buses/steam railway). Bedrooms are comfortably accommodated with TVs/dvd/tea/coffee facilities and toiletries. Property has 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and easily accessible.  Guests are made to feel at home and can use kitchen facilities as well as having guest fridge.  Use of large lounge with big screen TV for guests and seating outside in good weather.  There is an additional luxury of a hot tub to take away aches and pains or just enjoy the experience!  Gowns,  slippers and hot tub towels are provided. 5 local churches: C of E; Catholic; Baptist; Presbyterian and Methodist nearby.   Click onto Ballamaddrell Accommodation Face Book to view reviews and see more photos.

10 minutes drive from airport and 25 minutes drive from Ferry Port.  Parking directly outside the back of the property and access to accommodation through back garden entrance.  For convenience for guests accommodation can be booked on room only basis or cooked/self-service breakfast available to meet clients needs.  Manx Kippers on request. Any special dietary requirements can be made at time of booking.

The two bedrooms are on a ground floor so ideal for disabled guests, particularly the ensuite as it is very large.  There is also a seated decking area, one can sit out on in suitable weather.

Rooms are available for short breaks but longer term lets of over 21 days can be arranged at a lower rate.

There are 3 golf courses conveniently situated only approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive away.

Booking confirmations can be done by online bookings with freeonlinebookings.com and payments made either by cheque or online banking.

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 12 midnight

Check-Out: Up to 11 am.

Please contact me if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later at no extra charge.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 21 days before arrival date/time are without charge, except for the TT and Manx Grand prix where the deposit is forfeited.

Other Policies

• Bikers cyclists, stargazers and walkers are welcome.

• Guests have a choice of a varied Self-Service Continental breakfast. If catching an earlier ferry there is an option of a packed breakfast. Any special requests for breakfast can be pre-ordered. The kitchen is available to guests and there is a freezer and fridge available.  Guests can take milk at any time from the fridge.

• There is a local laundry service “Posh Wash” in Port Erin who are very reasonable priced and convenient.

• Strictly non smoking in the property but permitted outside the premises. Please ask for an ashtray.
