The White House

About

NEW FOR 2020!

The White House is a spacious 3 bedroomed property in the South of the Island. Just a couple of minutes' walk away from the beautiful sandy beach of Gansey Bay, the property is located close to the charming seaside towns of Port Erin and Port St Mary.

South facing to the rear, the property benefits from a large private garden which is a real suntrap during the summer months. Inside, the whole house has been refurbished to modern standards with underfloor heating throughout. Three good sized bedrooms all offer lovely sea and rural views, with the double benefitting from an en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin and a single bedroom. The property also benefits from a family bathroom on the 1st floor which features both a bath and a shower.

Downstairs, a spacious living room provides plenty of room and seating for everyone and there is also a seperate dining room with fully equipped kitchen ajoining.

The property also has the benefit from private parking on the driveway, and has a small shed for the storage of bikes or outdoor equipment.

From the doorstep it is just a short walk to the Shore Hotel, a cosy pub offering great home cooked food and real ales.

The island's premier long distance footpath, the Raad ny Foillan coastal footpath also passes close by, as does the Isle of Man Steam Railway.
