About

Here at Promenade House we offer accommodation on a 'Room Only' basis, giving our guests the freedom and flexibility to enjoy their stay with us their way. We are located at the north end of Douglas promenade where you are only a short distance from Douglas centre but will also find excellent transport links right on your doorstep.  There is free parking on the promenade, bus stops close by and the Manx Electric Railway and Horse Tram Depots are just a 5 minute walk away.

All our generously sized en-suite rooms offer warm and comfortable accommodation and in each room you will find a TV, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safe.

We have 3 'Deluxe' rooms (one which is a twin room) located at the rear of the building so these do not offer sea views.

All our other rooms give fantastic views across Douglas Bay.

We have 2 more 'Deluxe' rooms offering sea views, these rooms also have an area for sitting or eating.

We also have 2 Jr. Suites which have a separate lounge area away from the bedroom, ideal for watching TV or catching up with some work.

Finally, we offer 3 'Apartments' which also come with a kitchenette where you prepare your own food should you chose to do so, using the built in microwave oven.  All crockery and silverwear are provided.

A 'Grab & Go' style breakfast can be pre-ordered for an additional cost.

Promenade House has 10 rooms in total, 3 on the ground floor and the other 7 accessible by a stair case. There is no lift in Promenade House.

Unfortunately, due to the original architecture of the building, it is not suitable for guests who require wheel chair or street level access as there are external stairs to access the building.

There is plenty of free street parking on both sides of the promenade but unfortunately we can not offer any reserved spaces and there is no parking or stopping directly infront of Promenade House.
