About

East View is a semi-detached traditional Manx cottage just 15 minutes walk away from Port Erin, where there is a beautiful beach and wonderful walks.  Post Office, bowling green, tennis courts, supermarket and Steam Railway and Museum. Rowany Golf course is situated between Ballafesson and Port Erin, there is a public footpath over the course into Port Erin.

The cottage is situated approximately 2 min away from Port Erin, 15 minutes from Ronaldsway Airport and 30 minutes from Douglas the capital town of the Isle of Man and terminus for all Isle of Man Steam Packet ferries.  The bus stop called 'The Barracks' Ballafesson is 30 metres from the cottage front door, very handy if you do not have your own transport or if you wish to take advantage of the IOM transport 'Explorer tickets' which covers you for our famous Steam Train or buses.

East View comprises of two bedrooms (1 double, 1 single) all bed linen and towels are included.  Bathroom with shower cubicle, electric wall heater and shaving point. Lounge with TV & DVD player, radio and low wattage electric wall heater.  Recently we have also installed a log burner which makes the cottage very cosy on cooler evenings. Separate dining room with radiator. Fully equipped kitchen.
