Liberties Restaurant & Lounge is situated on the ground floor of the Hotel, over-looking the Broadway and Villa Marina. It offers a comfortable and laid back dining experience in an open-plan setting. We offer a wide variety of dishes from bar snacks to juicy steaks and everything in between, using as much Manx produce as possible. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for residents and non-residents alike.
Opening times:
Breakfast Monday – Saturday 7:00-10:00 Sunday 7:30-11:00
Lunch Monday – Sunday 12:00-17:00
Dinner Monday – Sunday 17:00-22:00
Bar – Whether you want to relax with a cocktail after a busy day at work, gather with friends for pre-theatre drinks or have an informal meeting over a cup of coffee, our lounge bar has a perfect laid-back setting for any occasion. The bar is open to the public and serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and bar food. The Bar is open Monday - Sunday 11am till late.
