Welcome to Sunset Lakes, the first and only commercial coarse fishery in the Isle of Man. We have five fishing lakes, a cafe, tackle shop, holiday accommodation and an event/function room, all set in over 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
We are even lucky enough to have a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding Manx hills, which provide the perfect backdrop for our guests to enjoy. All of this is located right on the outskirts of the seaside town of Peel, meaning that the nearest shops, pubs and local attractions are only minutes away.
We have tried to ensure that there is something to cater for all types and abilities of coarse angler, and for that reason, each of our lakes has its own unique stocking plan.
For those of you who are new to the sport we have selection of hire equipment in the tackle shop, and our Fishery Team will always be on hand to offer any advice or assistance. Please see our fishing opening hours and come and pay us a visit.
Sunset Lakes is not just for anglers and we welcome everyone. So whether you have come for a relaxing day fishing, to have a bite to eat in our cafe, to entertain the little ones in our children’s play area, or if you choose to come and stay with us for your holidays. We can’t wait to see you all, and will do our very best to ensure you have a trip to remember.
