About
Cross Country Loop
Secluded valleys, epic climbs and searing descents make this a perfect choice for the experienced rider. A tough eastern course which combines parts of the Millennium Way (the Royal Way), the famous TT Course and wild landscapes.
Enjoy passing St Luke's Church, possibly the most isolated church in the Island and looking out for the site of old Tynwald Hill. Climb the views of the centre of the Isle of Man over Ramsey and onto Scotland and Northern Island.
Round things off with a stop at the summit of the Island’s only true mountain whilst marveling at the views and enjoying a well deserved snack.
Follow the TT course back towards Douglas as far as Windy corner where you drop onto a track taking winding your way towards Conrhenny Plantation (worth a tour around its dedicated MTB trails).
