Located just a five minute drive from the picturesque coastal town of Port Erin and perched towards the Sloc, The Bothy offers guests a unique blend of tranquility and breathtaking scenery. Enjoy elevated views that sweep across the charming town, the vast sea, and the surrounding farmlands, creating a canvas of natural beauty right at your doorstep.

Originally serving as a farm building, The Bothy has been meticulously renovated to the highest standards, combining rustic charm with modern luxuries to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Based over a single level, the property is ideal for those with limited mobility.

This dog-friendly retreat not only welcomes your furry companions but also caters to equestrian enthusiasts by offering the option to bring your horse along. With stabling on site, available at an additional charge, The Bothy embraces the spirit of a true countryside getaway. There is fabulous off-road hacking over the Carnanes, beaches and in the plantations. On-site there is a 50m x 20m arena with show jumps.

For those with dogs, there is a designated empty field to exercise your dog off the lead. It's securely fenced and signposted near the accommodation.

Lounge area: One large corner sofa, coffee table, TV, chair and desk space.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge. Seating for 6 at dining table. Access to outdoor area via French doors.

Bedroom 1 : Super king bed, bedside cabinets, chaise longue, chest of drawers and TV.

En-Suite: Bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Dressing room: Chest of drawers and hanging space.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, hanging space.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, hanging space.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, washbasin and WC.

Parking: Ample parking is available directly utside the cottage.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Pets: One dog accepted. To be kept on lead when in the grounds of the property due to nearby livestock and must not be let into surrounding fields, apart from the designated enclosed field where you can let them off their lead.

Horses: Up to two horses can stay with you at The Bothy where stabling, grazing and hay is available on-site. Additional charges apply.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Mobility: Based over a single level, the property is ideal for those with limited mobility.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
