Surby Mount

About

Surby Mount is a beautifully appointed detached countryside retreat tucked away in peaceful Surby, just a few minutes from the coastal village of Port Erin. Surrounded by rolling farmland and enjoying distant views towards Port Erin Bay, this elegant home offers the perfect balance of rural tranquillity and refined comfort.

Designed with space and relaxation in mind, Surby Mount sleeps up to seven guests and is wonderfully suited to families and friends looking for somewhere special to gather. Inside, the house feels effortlessly welcoming, with two inviting sitting rooms providing plenty of space to stretch out and unwind after a day exploring the island.

The heart of the home is the generous kitchen and dining space - beautifully equipped and centred around a large dining table that calls for long, relaxed meals together. Whether it's a leisurely breakfast before heading out for a coastal walk or a cosy evening supper, this is a space made for sharing.

Three beautifully presented bedrooms feature luxurious super king beds, offering restful nights wrapped in comfort. Two of these rooms enjoy their own en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while a charming single bedroom provides flexible accommodation for families. There is also a separate family bathroom.

Step outside and the sense of calm continues. A large private garden offers plenty of space to breathe in the fresh country air, with two sheltered outdoor seating areas to choose from. Light the BBQ perfect for slow afternoons and alfresco suppers as the sun begins to dip. For a little extra fun, a separate games room sits just outside the main house, an ideal retreat for both children and the young at heart.

Dogs are very welcome at Surby Mount too, making it easy to bring four-legged companions along for the adventure. With beautiful countryside all around and the sandy beach at Port Erin just a short drive away, there are plenty of opportunities for long walks and salty sea air.

For larger gatherings, Surby Mount can also be booked alongside a neighbouring property on the same private setting, allowing extended families and groups of friends to stay close while still enjoying their own space.

Peaceful, spacious and thoughtfully designed, Surby Mount is a place to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the simple luxury of time spent together.
