Serenity Suites is located in a beautiful old building on Queens Promenade in Douglas.

We are within a 20 minute walk radius to Douglas Town Central and a 10 minute walk to the Manx Electric Derby Castle Railway Station.

There are 12 Rooms of which 10 have been newly renovated to give our guests a comfortable experience.

5 Rooms have incredible sea views and 7 are located to the side or rear of the property.

All rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms which have been fully renovated and fitted with new toilets, basins and walk in showers.

We have free Wi-Fi for our guests and free parking on the Promenade outside the building.

Being a stunning, old building there are unfortunately a few stairs to navigate to reach the rooms, especially those at the top of the building.

On entering the main entrance there are 2 steps to the door of the guesthouse.

Here you will find the entrance to Sugarbush Cafe where guests will be eating their breakfast in the morning. 

There is a door to the guesthouse which can only be accessed via the Tapkey app. Access to the app will be granted to the guests on placing their booking. This works via bluetooth on a smartphone, guests who do not have a smartphone have the option of using a key fob of which there is a £20.00 refundable deposit.
