Clougher Cottage is a beautifully presented rural cottage, offering a peaceful escape with stunning views across the countryside and out to sea. Located just minutes from lush plantations, mountain bike trails and the south coast of the Island.

This charming single-level, self-catering cottage sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 bedrooms both with en-suites, making it an ideal choice for a couple, small family or group of friends.

Enjoy a cosy day in and stay warm next to the log burner, or venture out to discover the great outdoors waiting just outside your doorstep.

South Barrule plantation is minutes away, where you can enjoy beautiful walking routes, adventure on quad bikes, play outdoor laser tag or walk amongst the trees on a high line obstacle course! You can also find purpose-built mountain bike trails in the plantation. Stumble upon the cosy Coffee Cottage, who serve food and drink in front of a log burner to keep you nice and toasty!

Kitchen & Dining area: Well equipped, with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer & dining table with six chairs.

Living area: Comfortable L-shaped sofa (which can be converted to a double sofa bed suitable for a further two adults, bookable at an additional cost), coffee table, smart TV, log burner & gorgeous views over the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom 1: King size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), bedside tables, built in wardrobes.

En-suite: Bath / shower, WC, heated towel rails and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobes, TV.

En-suite: Walk-in shower, WC, heated towel rails and wash hand basin.

Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.

Changeover day: Flexible. 4pm check-in, 10am checkout.

Accessibility: A single-level property with two large bathrooms. There are a small number of steps inside the property up to the kitchen / diner and to the bedrooms & bathrooms. Please get in touch if you are unsure whether the internal steps will make this property suitable for you.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that would occur whilst you are staying.
