Visiting the Isle of Man - key things to know

Belavista

Type:Self-Catering

Belavista - Isle of Man boutique self-catering holiday apartment on Douglas Promenade with uninterrupted sea views

About

Perched in an elevated position on Queen’s Promenade, Belavista is a spacious, 3-bedroom holiday apartment offering spectacular views across the iconic Douglas Bay that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Its contemporary minimalist interior, in a monochromatic palette, allows the sea and landscape to take center stage. The space also hosts rotating artworks, inviting guests to live with the art and appreciate it beyond the fleeting experience of a traditional gallery. Its spacious bedrooms and modern amenities ensure all guests will have a comfortable stay.

The Space

The lounge and dining room face the sea and are the main features of the apartment. They have high ceilings, tall windows, and a balcony. You can relax on the comfortable sofa and armchairs while enjoying the views and artwork, or have a lovely meal with family and friends. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals while looking out over the bay.

At the back of the apartment there are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving you a comfortable place to relax after a day out. Both double bedrooms can be configured into twins on request.

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Douglas Promenade, where the famous Douglas Bay Horse Tramway runs along the seafront. You’ll find many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. There is plenty of free street parking available. If you have mobility needs, private parking with lift access can also be arranged on request.

Guest access

Both the building’s front door and the apartment door have smart locks that you can easily open using your smartphone.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Other things to note

Your comfort and privacy are very important to us. To help keep the property safe and peaceful for everyone, the apartment has a Minut smart home sensor. This device only checks noise levels to help prevent parties and keep the environment quiet. It does not record, store, or transmit any audio or conversations. It also has no camera.

The sensor is located in the lounge and helps us make sure the apartment remains a quiet and comfortable place for you and our neighbours.
