Register your business for the Locate Isle of Man Talent Portal

Background on the Locate Talent Portal

The Locate Talent Portal is an online platform which matches Isle of Man based organisations with skilled workers from the UK and further afield, who are interested in relocating and pursuing a career in the Isle of Man. The platform is part of the wider strategy of Locate Isle of Man to increase the economically active population and fill our Island’s skills gaps.
The free-to-use tool will give organisations a direct link to candidates who match the specific skills they’re looking for. In addition, skilled workers who register on the Talent Portal have already shown an intention or desire to work in the Isle of Man; in essence they are a warm audience. These may be individuals who are considering locating or relocating after spending time away.
