Red Mie Loaghtan Lamb, slow roast with a blend of Middle Eastern Spices, on a slightly spiced tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Roquito Peppers using Fire Island Chillis, Marinated Red Onion from Robinsons, Pomegranate and a Garlic and Chilli Tahini Sauce using Chilli's from Fire Island.

We are a small family business who create both traditional and innovative Neapolitan style pizzas. In addition, we do a range of sweet treats, all homemade and delicious.
We pop up around the Island from our converted horse box and cater any type of event.
