Manx Menu Small Plate: Manx Crab Salad 

Fresh white crab from Ellan Vannin seafoods, torched cucumber, apple, brown crab mayonnaise, served with toasted Noa’s bread, coral tulle and micro salad. 

 

Manx Menu Large Plate: Sharing Seafood Platter 

Fynoderee winter gin and beetroot cured salmon, potted prawns, crab crostini, Queenie Thermidor, toasted Noa’s bread and micro leaves. 

 

Manx Menu Dessert: Rum Poached Pineapple 

Glashtyn Manx spiced rum poached pineapple, salted caramel cream, toasted coconut. 

 

Manx Menu Cocktail: Manannan Mac Lir 

A light refreshing cocktail, made with Fynoderee bumble bee vodka, Fynoderee gin, lemon, lime and fresh apple, perfect to try with our seafood sharing platter.
