Would you like a framework to enable you to explore our beautiful Island – and one that offers a prize?  If so, Ride and Stride might be for you!

Ride and Stride began more than 40 years ago in the UK as the Churches’ Bike Ride and has raised millions of pound to help with the repair and restoration of church buildings. Here on the Island it is still in its infancy. Its aim is to help take care of our churches through a treasure hunt across the Island which is open throughout the summer, and you can use any form of transport to take part.

Entry forms cost £5 and can be purchased from the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal in Douglas, and are available through participating churches.  Each of the 58 participating churches has an A6 symbol which is visible from outside the church (on a notice board, the main door, or taped to the inside of a window). These need to be copied or described on the entry form.

Maps to show the locations of the churches can be found here on www.rideandstride.online
