Manx Menu Product of the Year: Wild Mushroom Arancini
This is a crispy breaded risotto ball using squash, sage and mushrooms.
The squash and mushrooms are sourced on island (when possible) and the flour used is always from Laxey mills.
Where to Purchase:
We are sold in Robinsons stores, SPAR stores and in the canteen at Nobles hospital.
Veg and Vitality:
Veg and Vitality is a small business, started during COVID lockdown, that aims to make healthy plant-based meals more accessible to everyone. We take sustainability seriously; all our packaging is plastic free and recycled or compostable. We use only corn-based PLA or recycled card as we believe our planet is precious.
Our team is small (just two of us, owners and founders) but very passionate. We started cooing in a home kitchen but have now progressed to a large unit in Balthane industrial estate and are proud to serve customers all around our Island.
