This Manx stout was created with fresh foraged seaweed sustainably gathered in small quantities from the rocky shores under the eye of Milner’s Tower in Port Erin Bay, a five-minute walk from our brewery. The gentle minerality of the seaweed balances beautifully with earthy, roasted malts and just a hint of bitterness.
