Manx Menu Food Product of the Year: Nuts & Seeds Beskuit
Beskuit is a traditional South African snack. The name "Beskuit" comes from the Dutch word for biscuit, reflecting its historical ties to European baking methods. A Beskuit is hard and has a crunchy texture which is from its twice baked process. It is ideal for dunking and commonly enjoyed with a hot beverage such as coffee or tea.
