Fire Island:

Fire Island Chillies began in 2021 and is part of Red Mie Farm in Ballaugh. We grow one of the largest ranges of chillies commercially available in the British Isles to organic principles, and are primarily aimed at home cooks and hospitality businesses with our varieties curated from some of the world most loved cuisines.

We also produce our own range of award winning, small batch hot sauces and condiments which can be found in shops, dishes and on tables across the island. Last year we launched the island's first ever Chilli in BBQ Festival in Castletown in partnership with Castletown Commissioners and ELS which will be back even bigger and better in 2025.
