Welcome to Grenaby Estates and to our luxury holiday cottages and Equestrian Centre. We are located In the Isle of Man, in the south of the Island, an area of beautiful countryside only a short distance from the coast.
Tastefully converted using traditional local materials, all of our cottages have been fully restored to provide superbly comfortable and luxurious holiday accommodation. Architect designed and finished with the highest quality fittings and furnishings throughout you’ll relax from the moment you arrive.
We offer Five Star luxury cottages in total, three are located at Grenaby on the Estate grounds and close to the Equestrian Centre. Our fourth cottage, Sheerghlass, just a few minutes away, is in a stunning secluded coastal location near Castletown. It offers amazing views of both the countryside and the sea.
The Hayloft (Sleeps 2)
An ultra comfortable one-bedroom cottage, the Hayloft is the perfect rural retreat with a stunning interior. It offers a comfortable open plan living space featuring a large contemporary and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge area has two comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV with a surround sound home cinema system and DVD and CD players. The stylishly furnished king-size double bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There’s a balcony with wrought iron furniture and extensive country views down to the sea and the Langness lighthouse. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Entry to the Hayloft is via a wrought iron staircase leading to a double door entry way with ample space for coats, shoes or walking boots.
All accommodation is on the first floor and there is parking adjacent to the property.
The Hayloft can be linked to The Granary (sleeps 4) offering the perfect blend of time with family and friends and privacy.
The Granary (Sleeps 4)
Luxurious and spacious, The Granary has an open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen beautifully fitted with everything you could need for your stay. The light and airy lounge has a comfy leather sofa and chairs, a large flat screen TV with a surround sound home cinema system and DVD and CD players. The Granary offers you two double bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and beautifully comfortable.

Welcome pack
Our complimentary welcome pack includes Manx butter, milk and honey, local bread, fresh eggs from the farm, cookies and coffee and hot chocolate pods for the coffee machine.
Rates are inclusive.
Families are welcome and cots can be provided.
There is a Pergola and giant chess set in the grounds.
You’ll find peacocks, peahens and chickens wandering in the estate grounds, and of course horses in the neighboring fields and stables.
Grenaby Estates award winning holiday cottages are classified Five Star Gold by the Isle of Man Government’s Department of Tourism, the highest accolade available.
