Frontignac is a self-catering holiday home for a family or group of friends looking for that seaside getaway. Located by the waters edge, watch the sea swimmers, kayakers and paddleboarders enjoy Port Erin's fantastic bay, a perfect spot for watersports. Enjoy panoramic views as the sun sets in the west, with distant views of the Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland visible on a clear day.

The house itself offers four guest bedrooms, with a living area located on the first floor to maximise the views across Port Erin bay. The well equipped kitchen and dining room is located on the ground floor.

Port Erin offers the perfect base for a holiday to the Isle of Man. Enjoy a ride on the Steam Railway through to Douglas, the station is only 2 minutes walk from Frontignac. For those who enjoy walking there are many great walks to be had from the front door, including to Bradda Head and Fleshwick bay to the north and the Calf Sound right round to Port St Mary from heading south. A boat trip to, or around the Calf of Man is also a must do experience whilst staying here, with the boats leaving from the harbour a short walk away. For the more adventurous there are a number of watersports businesses operating close by. Try your hand at sailing, paddleboarding or kayaking to name just a few activities on offer.

Living room: One three seat sofa, one two seat sofa and two additional chairs, TV and access to balcony. 

Balcony overlooking beach: Glass table and two chairs. 

Bedroom 1: One Single bed, one ottoman that can converted into a small bed.

Family Bathroom: Bath, showercubicle with small step, WC, wash hand basin.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and vanity table.

En-suite: Showercubicle with small step WC, wash hand basin in vanity cabinet and large mirror. 

Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4: Double bed, bedside tables, computer desk and wardrobe.

Parking: Free on-street parking available

EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property, however, there are charging points located very close to the property on Shore Road.

Pets: Pets not accepted

Accessibility: There are stairs which may be unsuitable for those with reduced mobility.
