Earlier in 2021, Deborah Heather, CEO of Quality in Tourism (QiT) spoke with Tim Rumney, Chair of Best Western Great Britain and managing director of The Pinewood Hotel, a 89 bed 4 Star Best Western Plus hotel in Cheshire.
Tim discusses how while the pandemic negatively affected business, the time was used to impliment changes and "come back stronger". Support from QiT and obtaining the Safe, Clean, Legal accreditation helped with this and to ensure customer confidence when they reopened.
