The environmentally friendly holiday apartment is finished in warm Mediterranean marble with VARME underfloor heating. There is also a Panasonic Etherea air conditioning with an active Ion filtration system making the apartments ideal for hay fever sufferers and also has low energy heating and cooling. The ground floor apartment is ideal for anyone slightly infirm as it spreads over the ground floor. The walk in shower spa has a seat and one step in.
Our apartments have an open plan dining room and kitchen with a relaxing corner sofa. There is a raft of sparkling real black star galaxy granite work tops provide ample work area with dishwasher, washer dryer electric oven / hob, microwave and double Larder fridge freezer. Aalin Thie has the finest Denby crockery, Italian cutlery and fine Bolero glassware. We have also included a top range of Dualit small appliances comprising an Expresso coffee machine for full flavour coffees, creamy cappuccino's and more, a 4 Dualit slice toaster, and kettle.
The open plan living area has a large corner sofa and widescreen TV with Freeview and Wi-Fi included
The bedroom has a really cosy Silent night king size bed with a deep mattress which can be split to 2 singles if required, a digital TV, DAB Roberts radio and hairdryer and ample light oak wardrobe and chest of draws complete this room.
The property has several Patio areas and a BBQ are provided for use by our guests.
Parking is on the private drive a few short steps from your apartment
Choice of either Ground floor or First floor apartment which has one flight of stairs leading to it.
