About

A small friendly, welcoming 4 star B&B located in Andreas, north of the island, within an easy stroll of the local store and public house where you'll find good food, fine ales and a welcoming friendly service.

We have two rooms available - one with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. The other has a double bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower, three steps across the hall.  Both bedrooms have hospitality trays with tea/coffee making facilities , bathrobes, hairdryer, wall mounted flat screen television and a reading chair.

There is also a guest breakfast / lounge room with wall mounted flat screen television, 2 seater sofa and dining table that you are welcome to use.

There is plenty of off road parking for car or motorbikes.

If you like walking we have plenty of lovely walks around/near us and Blue Point beach is just a 2.5 mile walk away. 

If you like the motorbike races, we are within easy accessible reach to many of the landmark points around the course.

SHAM-ROCK - low season from £75 / high season from £85 - per room per night for a double bedroom with en-suite shower, has a king size bed

Road Directions

Travelling by car/motorbike from the Sea Terminal in Douglas to Andreas - follow signs north to Ramsey - along the promenade onto the A2, then the A18.  When in Ramsey follow the A9 to Andreas, after turning left into Andreas Village take the first right turn after the store into Leodest Road. We are the first right turn, Larivane Meadows. We are the first property on the right hand side.

Travelling by car from the Airport - follow signs for the A5 then A1 followed by A23 until you join up with the A18 - then follow above route.

Public Transport Directions

Taxi is the easiest/quickest option from either the Airport or Ferry Terminal to us, if on foot.

From the Airport to Andreas via bus would involve taking the 1, 11 or 2A bus from the Airport to Douglas Victoria Street (27 minutes), transfer/change to Douglas Lord Street and take the 3, 3A or X3 to Ramsey (51 minutes), In Ramsey change to the 17 or 17K bus to Andreas (33 minutes). In Andreas we are a short walk up Leodest Road, first right turn into Larivane Meadows, first property on the right.

From Douglas Sea Terminal via the bus - its a 6 minute walk to Douglas Lord Street to pick up the 3, 3A or X3 - then as above.
