About
The Mill House is a fully modernised, 500-year-old converted mill set in a secluded location within 50 acres of woodland, farmland, lawns and the Fairy Glen, with a salmon river running through the grounds.
The Mill House has five bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and direct outdoor access. We cater mainly for groups of 8 to 12 guests for stays of two nights or more. The Mill House Estate includes 2 additional properties (The Stables and the Miller's Farmhouse) and can house 20+ guests if booked together. All properties have off-road parking.
On the ground floor, there is a large 15m x 5m function room suitable for presentations, workshops, courses, entertainment and private events, or it can be arranged as a traditional drawing room with an adjoining period dining room. There is also a kitchen/sitting room and a conservatory with a large oak table seating up to 14 guests, with additional conservatory seating for at least 20 people.
The Mill House is heated using an air source heat pump and solar panels.
We host weddings, parties, retreats, festivals, TT and Manx Classic groups, as well as yoga, mindfulness and silent retreats. We are always open to new possibilities.

Groups: 6 to 14 guests. 7 bedrooms. Minimum 2 nights.
* £500 (off peak price) for 10 guests in the Mill House (plus sofabed options)
* £750 for 14 guests in the Mill House and the Stables Cottage (plus sofabed additional options)
