About

The Roundhouse was constructed by Braddan Parish Commissioners and completed in 2024. This modern building blends a unique mix of community and commercial facilities, incorporating a sports hall, Braddan Commissioners’ Offices, hireable spaces and play areas. With a privately run café, nursery, gym, beauty therapist, dentist, baby sensory hub and a Clear Pharmacy opening in 2025, the building aims to cater to the whole community.

Function Room:

Available for private hire, our spacious Function Room is situated in The Roundhouse rotunda and is versatile enough to provide a training space or be used as a Function Room.

We can arrange the conference table in many configurations, and it can take as many as 24 in a circular set up. The room is very versatile and can be used as a presentation venue for up to 60 (may be more). It can be used as a teaching/training venue or seminar style even. Other options may include art galleries, sales presentations or small table top market. It can even accommodate a fitness or exercise class. Depending on use numbers will vary.

You can also call, email or speak to one of our helpful staff for assistance with your booking. Our event planning team will work with you to provide the perfect layout for your event.

Water and glasses are provided as standard for all Function Room bookings, and further catering provision can be arranged through our café.

Sports Hall:

Our Sports Hall offers training and tournament use for sports and events or business space for entertainment and large conferences.

The facility also includes changing rooms, lockers and shower facilities.

The versatile space, with pull out seating, can also be exclusively hired out for conferences and team building events or as a concert and exhibition venue.

Meeting Room:

Our bright and well-equipped meeting room is available for hire and is the perfect space for meetings, training or tuition sessions and more. The meeting room can accommodate up to 10 people with free wifi and large screen.

More Information:

All areas of The Roundhouse are accessible by lift. Please let us know if you have any additional requirements in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate them.
