About

Manx Walks

Failt Erriu – or Welcome to Manx Walks.

Local guide, Catriona Livingstone, offers custom Guided Walks on the Isle of Man for small groups of 2 – 4 people.

Enjoy a relaxed day exploring the island on foot. Decide which part of the island you would like to explore, and I will adjust the tour to suit your specific times, interests, and ability.

Whatever your level, I want you to enjoy our day out together.

For those who prefer a leisurely day, we can walk in bite sized chunks, doing several shorter walks.

For experienced walkers I can plan a suitably challenging route.

Manx Walks regularly schedules small group walks (generally no more than 8 people) on Thursdays and Fridays. These are listed on the website. If you are interested, contact Catriona and if there is room you can join one of these. The walks can also be repeated on a custom basis.

For more information look at the Manx Walks website  www.manxwalks.im and for pictures of recent walks look at Manx Walks Instagram and Facebook posts.

Guide Prices

£25 per person for an outing of around 5 hours.

Guide Prices

If you are visiting the island, you can join Manx Walks' regularly scheduled group walks on Thursdays and Fridays. £10pp. payable on the day.
This is not only a great way to explore the island on foot, but it's also a nice way to meet and chat with local walkers.
Manx Walks on Thursdays is a "Ladies who Lunch" excursion, and is generally limited to 7 women. We walk from 10am - to 1pm, (approx 5 miles) and then find somewhere tasty to go for lunch or coffee and cake. Booking is essential for Thursday walks.
Friday's walks are (usually) a joint venture with Ken from Walking.im and are a bit longer (anything from 5 - 8 miles), the groups are larger, and there's no need to book. Just look at the information on the website which tells you where the walks start, and show up before 10am. There is usually a tasty food stop at the end of these walks!
I also do custom tailored walks for small groups of 2 - 4 people. £25 per person for a day outing of about 5 hours. A variety of walks - Coastal, Hill or Glen - designed just for you. A walking outing is a great present for someone special - give them a gift that is healthy and a bit different.
