About
The Erin Arts Centre is an internationally recognised arts centre in the lovely seaside resort of Port Erin.
As a registered charity, the Erin Arts Centre is a non-profit making arts centre dedicated to presenting performing, vocal and visual art for the benefit of the Island community. Known for its groundbreaking music and opera programmes and its international competitions, the EAC is acknowledged to be one of the leading arts centres in the British Isles.
The fine acoustic of the Centre's Isle of Man Bank Auditorium is suitable for nearly all forms of music. Its versatility in terms of space enables it to accommodate anything from instrumental recitals to small orchestral ensembles, choral concerts, opera and film.
The Centre also has its own dedicated gallery space. The Sir James Mellon Gallery was opened in 1994 and its fine combination of natural and artificial light makes the Gallery ideal for arts and crafts projects and exhibitions.
