Ballatrollag Farm is a charming family friendly self-catering home located in Ballabeg, in the south of the Isle of Man.

Nestled on a serene farm and serving as an annex to the owner's house, this single-level property offers an idyllic retreat for families seeking a peaceful getaway. From this elevated position, enjoy views on clear days stretching south out to Langness.

Featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen / dining area, a spacious family bathroom and a living room with a cosy log burner, it's a great home from home to base yourself in for a stay on the Isle of Man!

We recommend the use of a car if booking to stay at Ballatrollag Farm due to its rural setting.

The garden at Ballatrollag Farm is shared with the owners.

EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pets: Two dogs accepted.

Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair can be hired on booking.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Accessibility: This is a ground floor annex with a walk-in shower and bath. There is a step up to access the property.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
