Road Directions

Directions from the airport:

Follow the signs for the A5 Douglas.

After approx 7 miles, continue straight across a first roundabout.

At the next roundabout (Quarterbridge - two mini roundabouts), take the second exit of the first roundabout staying in the left hand lane and then immediately take the first exit of the second roundabout.

Follow Bray Hill Road for approx one mile - going through the first  set of traffic lights, stay in the left hand lane and turn left at the next set of traffic lights into Ballanard Road. There is a petrol station on your left at the traffic lights.

Continue along Ballanard Road, going straight across a mini roundabout and following the sign for Abbeylands. After approx one mile you will reach a rural cross roads, go straight across the cross roads following the sign for Abbeylands - do not be put off by the no through road sign! 

 Follow the counrty lane for 1.1 miles and you will reach Southfields on the right hand side of the lane.

 

Directions from the ferry terminal:

Follow the Promenade road along the seafront for appx half a mile, passing Gaiety Theatre.

Turn left at traffic lights into Broadway.

Continue driving straight for appx 2.5 miles, over a major crossroads and a mini roundabout until reaching a rural crossroads.

Continue driving straight over this crossroads into Abbeylands. Southfields will be found after 1.1 miles on the right hand side of the lane.
