Red Gap Cottage,  is a charming three bedroom traditional Manx cottage.

Situated in a peaceful location with views across the countryside to Scarlett and Port St Mary yet only 2 minutes walk from the Southern 100 and 8 minutes stroll from the centre of the town, where there are Shops, Supermarkets, Post Office, Restaurants and 5 Public Houses not to mention the Medieval Castle, Old House of Keys, Nautical Museum and Old Grammar School, which are all located in the centre of the Isle of Man's historic capital, Castletown. Take a walk to Scarlett and see the Visitor Centre. Scarlett is an area with strong evidence of volcanic activity. This unique landscape is home for an abundance of wildlife and plants. The local swimming pool is 2 minutes walk from the cottage.

There are Bus Stops to Douglas and Port Erin located approx. 200 metres from the front door and the steam train station is approximately 10 minutes walk.

There is car parking in front of the cottage.

Refurbished throughout with all modern facilities and fully equipped for 6 people.

Ground floor: Traditionally furnished spacious Living Room with Dining area. Large well appointed Kitchen with electric hob, Neff oven and integral convection microwave oven.

Utility Room with Bosch Dishwasher and Washing Machine with adjacent downstairs WC.

First Floor: Bedroom One - 2 single beds with zip link mattress that can, on request, be joined to make 1 King size bed. Chest of drawers, fitted double wardrobe with shelving and shoe rack.

Bedroom Two - Double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers and shelving.

Bedroom Three - 2 single beds, free standing wardrobe.

Luxury house bathroom with double hand basins, large shower cubicle and bath with hand shower.

Central heating throughout.

We provide a welcome pack on your arrival, consisting of: - Fruit, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Orange Juice, Cereals, Biscuits, Bread, Butter, Jam/Marmalade, Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Rolls, and a Bottle of Wine.
