Enjoying a peaceful setting just off a small lane, the apartment is situated in beautiful gardens in a scenic location in Baldrine with views to Snaefell Mountain and Laxey Bay.

The apartment is of high standard, having an entrance through a conservatory into a lounge/ dining room. There is television and DVD in the lounge, and free Wi-Fi through the apartment. There is a double bedroom with ample built-in wardrobes, and a sofa-bed in the lounge provides additional accommodation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, and drying facilities are also available. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The apartment has central heating and all linen, towels and a basic grocery pack are provided, 

 A fifteen minute walk along a wooded path takes you to Garwick Glen, a picturesque rocky cove. At the end of Clay Head Road, there are beautiful views along the coast to the north of the island.

Route:-

After entering Baldrine from Douglas, Clay Head Road is a narrow road on the right, about halfway down the hill. Ramillies is a quarter of a mile along on the right hand side, just where the road divides,and before a sharp right hand bend. There is a Public footpath / Homewatch sign on the bank,and the name Ramillies on the left side of the driveway.

There is ample private parking space at the top of the drive.

Public Transport Directions

Baldrine is approximately 6 miles from Douglas, 3 miles from Laxey and 12 miles from Ramsey.

Bus stops are 10 minutes walk away, as is a request stop for the electric railway.
