Keeling Holiday Apartment is situated in the small village of Baldrine which is approximately four and a half miles from Douglas the capital of the Island. 

It is a quiet country setting with ample opportunity for relaxing walks. Within a short distance of the apartment is a small 12th. Century Parish Church and Methodist Chapel. 

From the Village you may take a walk via the old Fisherman’s Path to Garwick  Beach which was once famous for smuggling.

The Manx Electric Railway offers trips to Douglas, Ramsey, Laxey and a change at Laxey takes you to the summit of Snaefell which is the highest mountain on the Island. 

Also in Laxey is the Giant Water Wheel (Lady Isabella) which is 72 feet in diameter, the world’s largest working waterwheel, climb the 95 steps to the top for breathtaking views. You will also find Laxey Woollen Mills in this area. 

There are 17 National Glens on the Island which are all free to the public each having character and appeal of its own. 

If your interest is Heritage, follow the Story of Mann, The Great Heritage Highway and the new House of Manannan in Peel is not to be missed.
