Easily reached by car/motorcycle,the cottage is on the main road North from Douglas to Ramsey,a short distance north of the Great Laxey Wheel.

It is also on the main bus route ,No 3 from Douglas to Ramsey with bus stops only 30 metres away or less in both directions.

The Electric Tram Stop is only 50 metres away down Minorca Hill towards the Harbour
