*3 beautifully appointed double rooms, 2 fully ensuite, third with slipper bath and sink in room and WC just outside the room. All are situated on 1st floor. All have safes, hairdryers, dressing gowns provided.
Cranberry: A suite at the front of the house comprising bedroom with kingsize bed, TV, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. Ensuite with extra long bath inc full sower, WC and vanity basin.
Gosford: A large dual aspect room with views to front and main garden. Kingsize bed, TV, dressing table, chair, wardrobe and drawers. Ensuite shower room with modern shower, WV and vanity basin.
Amethyst: A very pretty queen room which is dual aspect to front and side of the house. There is a lovely slipper bath with shower attachment as a key feature of this room. There is also a basin, TV and wardrobe and drawers. There is a comfy chair. This room as private use of WC just outside the room on the landing.
Linton: We have a twin room available upon request.This has TV, washing basin, wardrobe and drawers. When this room is used, we offer private use of the full bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, WC and twin basins. We only offer 3 rooms to be available at any one time so if Linton is used one of the double rooms will remain un-rented.

Road Directions

Belmont Road is a quiet cul-de-sac situated off Belmont Hill which starts at the Peel Road by the JW Church. It is an easy to walk to central Douglas within 10 minutes (short cuts available). Tesco food store is approx 15 minutes walk.

It is approx 15 minutes walk to the Quarterbridge and approx 25 minutes to the Nobles Park for the TT Grandstand.

We offer airport/ seaport collection service upon request. We can arrange taxis.

We have extensive parking space available.

Public Transport Directions

Where possible we offer collection from airport or Sea Terminal upon request.

Taxis can be booked for you in advance if requested.

Buses to Castletown (to/from the airport), Port Erin, Peel and Ramsey all run along the Peel Road which is 5 minutes walk.

The Steam Train station is approx 15 minutes heading into Town.
