About

Lower Ballacottier Campsite is located in a rural area half a mile from the TT course (Hillberry Corner), and a short drive from Douglas, and the ferry port. The site is accessible via Ballacottier Road or when the races are on, you can reach us via Little Mill Road.

We are a friendly, family run site, complete with our own alarm clocks, otherwise known as cockerels!
Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lead. Duke of Edinburgh and scout/guide groups welcomed.

Hot showers are £1 coin operated, and there is a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettles. There is also a washroom with three sinks (cold water, but the kettles are next door), and a lounge area with seating, tables and a variety of information regarding places to visit on the island.

Fires and barbecues are permitted so long as they are off the ground.

We are a quiet site, and ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm.
