About

At "Ballavere Cottage Bed & Breakfast", we offer our discerning guests something quite special. Just one guest bedroom will ensure our visitors total privacy and exclusive access to all rooms and facilities.

Guests enjoy the benefit of a delightful, inviting bathroom, their own entrance door and spacious, comfortable dining and lounge areas.  A short film entitled "A walk through Ballavere Cottage" emphasising the beautifully furnished guest areas may be viewed here.

A further video slideshow illustrating the meticulous attention to detail at Ballavere Cottage may be found here.

Our local pubs are just a ten or fifteen minute walk and both serve delicious evening meals.

The steam railway station is a five minute walk and the excellent bus service has a 'stop' just fifty yards from our front door entrance.

Ballavere Cottage is just a ten minute drive from the airport and twenty minutes from the ferry terminal.
We are happy to collect you from, and deliver you to both locations on a complimentary basis.

We operate a traditional, registered, 'Private Hire' five seater minibus, which is available to guests at standard rates.
