An award winning, stunning boutique bed & breakfast in the Isle of Man. Situated in Ramsey with panoramic views over the bay and spectacular views over the hills towards to Snaefell.

Recently refurbished rooms have a boutique, contemporary feel. Our design was led by the architectural features of the victorian building & our coastal setting. A bold & unique feel while enhancing the traditional features of the property.

Our eight rooms are spacious and bright with dual aspect views over the lake, sea & mountain. We have three suites, three double rooms, a twin room and a single room. All have private, modern ensuite bathrooms.Guests staying in front-facing rooms can enjoy the stunning vista of Ramsey bay. Rear facing rooms have an equally spectacular view over the rooftops towards Sky Hill & Snaefell.

Our rooms are finished to a very high standard & equipped with all the modern facilities you can expect. For your comfort we have Harrison mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep; a choice of pillows & luxury toiletries. Free wi-fi in each room.

We are situated in a quiet residential area, just 10minutes walk into Ramsey and its local restaurants, pubs & shops. Close to the bus station and manx Electric Railway.

An excellent base to explore the North of the Island, whether its hiking or cycling in the hills, the countryside or seaside all are on our doorstep. 
 

Our award winning Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the garden. We offer a full Manx breakfast, or alternatives including scrambled eggs & smoked salmon, or local Manx kippers. We use as much local and seasonal produce as possible. Local free range eggs and homemade jam’s and granola. We also offer cereal, fruit and yogurts.

Breakfast is included in the room price, but packed lunches and evening meals can be arranged for an extra cost.

 

Beautiful landscaped garden for guests to enjoy, with a large decking area and courtyard at the back with views over the hills. Outdoor furniture for guests to use.

Road Directions

Directions:

From the Mountain Road A18 into Ramsey: From the traffic lights on Parliament Square in Ramsey, head north on the A9, Bowring Road. Go over the stone bridge and then after the zebra crossing take the second right- Coburg Road. Drive to the end of the road and the guesthouse is the last property on the right. The entrance is on the adjacent road over looking the park- Bay View Road. There is plenty of on street parking. Welcome!

Public Transport Directions

Ramsey Bus Station is just 10minutes walk from the guesthouse. There is a stop on Bowring road, at the end of Coburg road. 

Ramsey Tram station is also just 10 miuntes walk where there are tram links via laxey to douglas.
