A walk through Dhoon Glen, one of the Island’s longest and most spectacular glens, is followed by some quiet lane walking to King Orry’s Grave. The route then takes you through beautiful Manx countryside to the hamlet of Agneash, before descending to The Laxey Wheel and the village of Laxey.

Dhoon Glen is steep and can be muddy in places.

Moderate - walks for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness. The route will include some steep paths and open country.
Walking boots and suitable clothing are essential.
