Start & Finish: Ramsey Station

A varied circular walk through a plantation and open countryside. Although steep in places and can be muddy, the views from Albert Tower make up for everything. Take time to explore Ramsey Town or venture to the nearby Grove Museum of Victorian Life or Milntown Estate and Gardens (subject to opening hours and admission costs where applicable).

Advice and Safety Information

Take care when crossing the road, note the Mountain Road must not be crossed when the road is closed for racing. Steep in places and can be muddy.

Moderate - walks for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness. The route will include some steep paths and open country. Walking boots and suitable clothing are essential.
