Thie McPhail is a detached bungalow in the heart of beautiful Ballaugh with its own off road parking and private paved area which includes seating and a table. Access via shared drive with owners. Views to the hills, 200 m from Ballaugh Bridge and 5 minutes from the beach. Unit is 1 twin bedroom and double bed settee in front room.  Maximum occupancy 4.  Children welcome. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and in built cooker. Dining room with table and 4 chairs.  Bathroom with shower over a bath. Laundry room (linen and towels provided), ironing board and iron, washing machine. Sitting room with 2 seater leather settee and 2 seater double bed settee, TV, DVD, radio, iphone charger. Books and games provided. Owners on site if additional material requested. Ideal location for walkers, easy access to the rest of the Island, TT and Grand Prix. Ramsey 7 miles, Peel 10 miles, Local beach 1.5 miles, Douglas 17 miles and airport 17 miles. There is a shop, post office and pub within 200m of the property.
