Devonshire B&B is located on a quiet semi rural road abutting Breagle Glen Tennis Courts.  The accommodation comprises an annexed comfortable double en-suite room with views overlooking the tennis courts and Port Erin Village.  Colour TV and DVD player.  Sofa and small fold out table.  WiFi.  En-suite comprises walk in electric shower, sink and toilet.  Private entrance with keylock facility.  Environmentally friendly property with solar electricity and solar hot water systems.

This accommodation would be ideal for motorcyclists, walkers with property close to coastal footpath, cyclists, sea sports and sea trips to the Calf of Man with wildlife in abundance.  There is also a golf course in Port Erin.  Tennis courts, lawn green bowling and pitch put course.  There are a number of restaurants, cafes and pubs in the Village which is a five minute walk away.  The sandy beach is approximately ten minutes walk away.  Popular nearby walk is Bradda Head and Mull Hill.

Road Directions

From Port Erin Village driving west along Station Road, turn left at Strand Road and follow the road past Athol Park, then bearing right into St Georges Crescent, at the end of the Crescent turn left going uphill and take the first left which is St Marys Road.  Follow the road approximately 150m and Devonshire House is situated on the left hand side of the road.  A white house, gable end on to the road.  The annex is on the left side of the house with its own entrance with key lock facility.  Parking is available outside the property.  For GPS the postcode is IM9 6JJ.

Public Transport Directions

All buses and trains from Douglas and the Airport terminate at Port Erin Railway Station in the Village.  It is a 5-10 minute walk to the property.  If necessary we can offer a free pre-arranged pick-up service and collect you from the Station.
