Upper Ballavarkish Cottages are set in seven acres of idyllic Manx countryside, commanding stunning panoramic views down to the south coast, up to the Round Table to the rear and to Snaefell and beyond to the north.

Barely a mile from the Southern 100 course and within easy reach of some of the Island's most challenging bicycle rides (both on and off road), these two self-catering cottages afford ideal flexibility.  There are spectacular hill climbs and walks nearby and throughout the Island, from breathtakingly beautiful coastal and hilltop paths to wooded glens and unspoiled open heathland.

Sited in two sensitively and attractively converted barns, the cottages are situated directly across the courtyard from the owners' farmhouse and have generous off-road parking to the rear for cars, vans, motorcycles and trailers.  The field to the rear of the cottages' car park affords spectacular, uninterrupted views of the night sky.  There are three golf courses nearby at Castletown, Port St Mary and Port Erin and the steam railway runs in the summer months from Port Erin through Ballabeg Station to Douglas.

Full central heating and double glazing ensures year round comfort and there is Wi-Fi internet access available in both cottages. Both cottages are tastefully furnished to a high standard, offering modern facilities in a timeless setting.
