All of the below have been awarded the 'Harvest Award', which forms part of the Taste Isle of Man accreditation scheme.
Lunchtime and Evening Delights
Savour the sweet flavours of the Irish Sea, at this hidden gem of a restaurant. Situated on the North Quay in Douglas, you can soak up picturesque views of the Marina as you tuck into freshly prepared dishes, using only the best catch of the day. Serving lunch and dinner on a daily basis, and a popular brunch menu at the weekend, this eatery is the perfect place to relax. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite to eat, comforting evening meal or family lunch, head to the Little Fish Café.
Situated on Peel’s historic quayside the Boatyard enjoys views of the bustling marina and ancient castle offering you the perfect spot to relax over a delicious lunch or candlelit evening meal. Fresh seafood straight off the boat and local meat from the Island's finest butchers is prepared daily by the head chef. The restaurant are also relaunching their Vegan pop-up nights, starting with 'An Autumn Gathering' - a Plant Based Dinner & Talk.
Afternoon Tea Treats
Set in a purpose built conservatory, on the outskirts of Ramsey, the café has wonderful views of both the Walled Garden and the famous Winchester gates. The menu features a wide range of delicious home cooked seasonal dishes, light lunches, cakes and teas. It is the ideal place for morning coffee, a hearty lunch after a garden visit, or a relaxing afternoon tea - you can even treat yourself to an Autumn Afternoon Tea this year!
Decadent, luxurious afternoon teas are served with a glamorous sense of tradition and occasion at Aaron House. Served in their splendid Victorian Dining Room, which enjoys beautiful panoramic views of Port St Mary Bay, enjoy a fine selection of finger sandwiches, savories, patisseries and cake which are complemented by their bespoke varieties of speciality tea, coffees, champagne and fine wines. Prepared by their Vintage Farmhouse Cook and Swiss-Trained Master Patissier, they are passionate about their produce and refuse to compromise on quality. Plus staff are dressed in traditional Victorian attire to really set the scene!
