Departing Douglas quayside the coach travels to Castletown, once the Islands ancient capital, by a scenic route passing through the beautiful central valley area of the Island known as the Plains of Heaven. On arrival at Castletown, passengers are given a guided tour of the medieval Castle Rushen.

A short coach transfer takes passengers to Castletown Railway Station for a journey on the Island's Victorian Steam Railway to Port St Mary, travelling in specially reserved carriages.
On arrival at Port St Mary rejoin the coaches and continue the tour, visiting the fascinating Cregneash Village Folk Museum. After seeing how the Manx crofters lived over 200 years ago, take the coach back to Douglas. Don't forget to say "hello to the Faeries" when passing over the famous Fairy Bridge.
A very interesting tour can be based on hiring a special train from Douglas to Castletown. With quayside coach pick-up, passengers are taken to Douglas Railway Station to the 125 year old Victorian Steam Railway. The Railway still uses much of the original rolling stock with passengers travelling in carriages pulled by the original engines that first worked the line in the 1890's.

The line meanders through the heart of the Manx countryside and passengers will see the unspoilt countryside at it's best. On arrival at Castletown the ancient capital of the Island, passengers can visit the medieval Castle Rushen. On completion of the guided tour of the castle the coach transfers to Cregneash Village Folk Museum before returning to Douglas via Douglas Head with its fine views of the bay and anchored liner.
Visit the famous Laxey Wheel by taking a trip on the 100 year old Manx Electric Railway. Take a coach transfer along Douglas Promenade to the Railway Terminus where a special MER tram awaits for the journey to Laxey. On arrival at Laxey a coach takes passengers to view and walk round Lady Isabella, the largest working water wheel in the world.
Passengers are then taken by coach via the famous TT course to Tynwald Hill the site of the original Viking Parliament.
After photograph opportunities the coach will visit nearby Tynwald Mills Craft Centre enabling passengers to purchase souvenirs from a wide selection of Manx gifts.
The tour moves on to the City of Peel, an ancient fishing port famous for its kippers, Peel Castle and quaint narrow streets. Travell back through the scenic centre of the Island to Douglas and a trip along the Promenade on a horse drawn tram to the Sea Terminal and quayside.
